Architecture Review Requests
Thinking about updating your home’s exterior, adding a fence, or starting a landscaping project? To help keep our neighborhood looking great and consistent with community guidelines, Stonybrook South requires homeowners to submit an Architectural Review Request before beginning certain exterior projects.
The Board reviews submissions and aims to respond quickly so you can get your project started without delay. If you're unsure whether your project requires approval, just reach out—we're happy to help!
City of La Visita Permits
Some exterior projects may also require a City of La Vista permit in addition to HOA approval. If a permit is required by the city, homeowners must provide a copy of the permit to the HOA once it has been issued.
