Our Board of Directors is made up of neighbors who care deeply about Stonybrook South and volunteer their time and talents to help keep our community thriving. Each member plays an important role in making sure things run smoothly and that our neighborhood continues to be a place we’re all proud to call home.

    PRESIDENT | Amber Cummins

    Amber serves as the leader of our HOA, overseeing the overall operations of the association and working to represent the interests of all homeowners. She helps ensure we stay aligned with our community values and governing guidelines.

    VICE PRESIDENT | Jessie Odorisio

    As Vice President, Jessie supports the board and assists with day-to-day responsibilities. She also leads the Architecture Committee, helping to maintain the look and feel of our neighborhood.

    Nikki is our financial go-to, handling everything from budgeting to financial reporting. She keeps our books in order and helps ensure transparency and accountability in all things money-related.

    Genevieve makes sure new residents feel right at home. From welcome packets to friendly introductions, she helps connect new neighbors to our community and all it has to offer.

Open Positions

We’re always looking for more neighbors to get involved! We currently have openings for the following volunteer positions:

  • The HOA Secretary holds a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, record-keeping, and administrative support within the Homeowners Association. This position contributes to the smooth functioning of the board and fosters transparency in the decision-making process.

  • The HOA Social Media Director is a dynamic and creative role responsible for enhancing the association's online presence and fostering community engagement through various social media platforms. This position plays a vital role in promoting community events, disseminating important information, and building a sense of unity among residents.

  • The HOA Educational Corner Director plays a vital role in enriching the community by organizing and overseeing a variety of educational sessions and training programs. This position focuses on providing residents with opportunities to learn new skills, enhance their knowledge, and foster a sense of community engagement.

  • The HOA Advertising Director is a key role focused on supporting local businesses within the community and managing advertising initiatives. This position involves collecting advertising dues from interested businesses, promoting their services to residents, and fostering positive relationships between local entrepreneurs and homeowners.
